True confessions
I'd hoped to get caught up on Battlestar Galactica today, so I could avoid getting spoiled about last night's season finale, but it was not to be. Instead, I present to you a variety of semi-shameful TV confessions, with the hopes that tomorrow will be BSG catch-up day.
- I watched part of the Grease: You're the One That I Want marathon this weekend on Bravo. I couldn't help it. I was suckered in. There's a part of me that wants to sing and dance on Broadway, no matter how much I try to suppress it. Did anyone else check out the finale and the Danny/Sandy picked?
- I love Amy Poehler and Will Arnett. I think they should adopt me and we should travel the country entertaining crowds with our madcap hijinks.
- I still think the now YouTube-award-winning music videos by OK Go are among the most exuberantly dorkily fun things I've ever seen. I guess I haven't seen much.
- Despite the uproar over recent corpse-styled ANTM photos, I still absolutely dig the similarly-macabre photo shoot of the girls as the seven deadly sins, from season four. Are any of you watching the current season? What did you think of the shoot?
- I love Friday Night Lights, but I'm five episodes behind after my recent business trip. I might not get caught up until after the season is over. Who's watching? Am I really missing out? I suspect I am.
Oh, the shaaaaame.
